Hi,
We can try the following methods to see how it works.
1.
Reset and restart the router.
2.
Search and update the firmware for your router, if the firmware update is available on the manufacturer’s website.
3.
Update the network adapter driver to the latest if it is available.
4.
Reset TCP/IP and DNS
=====================
1)
Click the “Start” button, click "All programs", and click "Accessories".
2)
Right-click "Command Prompt", and click "Run as administrator". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3)
Please enter the following commands, and press enter after each
NETSH
INT IP RESET
IPCONFIG
/FLUSHDNS
4)
Restart computer to check the result.

I went through this process but I couldn't make it correct. first I want to tell you that I'm using HSDPA dongle to connect ISP. So I can't update any firmware to my router.
Even after this process it tells that 'No Internet Access" but I could surf the web in some times when I try to install through any softwares it tells that connect to the internet.
I typed in command line that 'route print' there Gateway is in 'ON-LINK' if so are there any problem in route gateway? if it is how to correct it??? Pls reply as soon as possible :)
the above picture will tell you the actual problem....

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
Do you use a USB HSDPA modem? If so, could you tell us more information about this device?
I suggest you install the latest driver for your modem to check how it works.

Hi,
I visited the Windows 7 compatibility center, but I cannot find the information about Huawei E220:
Windows 7 Compatibility for Huawei E220:
Drivers, Updates, Downloads
Based on the current information, it is recommended contacting the hardware manufacturer directly and let them help to upgrade the driver and firmware.

Take a look at this technet article:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766017%28WS.10%29.aspx
TL;DR - something might be stopping your system from fetching
http://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt, or something might be providing a incorrect IP when attempting to resolve dns.msftncsi.com. These are the only tests Windows performs when checking for internet connectivity.
